Terms
Net-30 on credit approved retailer accounts. There will be an extra $5.00 handling charge for all orders under $50.00.

Credit Terms
Open account credit terms are extended to retailers and firms listed and satisfactorily rated by Dun & Bradstreet or those firms with three major trade references and a bank reference.
Credit checks usually take 1 to 10 days. In order to expedite your order, include credit card payment or an authorization for C.O.D. delivery with your order.

Shipping Charges
A fixed $9.50 shipping charge will be added to every order no matter the quantity or weight for all retail orders. Retailers/firms will be charged at time of delivery depending on weight.

Returns
Either phone or email to let us know the reason for the return and whether you would like us to arrange for our Courier to collect or you will be arranging your own return. A return authorization (RA) number will be given to you then. Please make sure you enclose full details within the parcel so that we know who the parcel is coming from and why it is being returned. Goods returned under warranty must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and will be dealt with as a matter of priority. Goods returned for any other reason must also be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and the reason for return. Orders returned without an RA number will be refused. All orders returned will be inspected thoroughly and a decision will be made as to the coarse of action to take for the product. All decisions made by The Collar Company at that point are final.

Damaged Goods
We inspect all good thoroughly prior to shipment. Our responcibility ceases after carrier pick-up. Carrier is responcible for lost or damaged goods. We take responcibility for erroneous or defective merchandise or misprints.

Available upon request.
