Q. You would like to place an order but prefer to send a check

A. Just post your order and check for the correct amount to:-

Please make sure you include your Name, Address, Phone Number and email address so that we can contact you quickly if necessary.

Please also write your check guarantee card number on the reverse side of your check.

If you do not have a check guarantee number, your order will be despatched as soon as your check has cleared through the normal banking procedure.

Q. You would like to place an order and live outside the US

Q. You need your product asap

A. We can arrange express delivery, You will need to contact us to discuss shipping or delivery arrangements

Q. You need to return a product to us

A. Either phone or email to let us know the reason for the return and whether you would like us to arrange for our Courier to collect or you will be arranging your own return. A return authorization (RA) number will be given to you then. Please make sure you enclose full details within the parcel so that we know who the parcel is coming from and why it is being returned. Goods returned under warranty must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and will be dealt with as a matter of priority. Goods returned for any other reason must also be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and the reason for return. Orders returned without an RA number will be refused.
